Herr Selvan ist seit Juni 2023 bereits seit drei Jahren CEO von MeRLIN Sourcing. Seine Vision leitete die Transformation des Unternehmens intern durch Modernisierung und HR-Transformation und extern mit dem Versprechen, den Kunden einen Mehrwert zu bieten und sie in den Mittelpunkt des Geschäfts- und Produkt Entwicklungsstrategie von MeRLIN Sourcing zu stellen.
In den letzten zwei Jahrzehnte hatte Herr Selvan eine Vielzahl an Verantwortungen in globalen Softwareunternehmen. Als letztes leitete Herr Selvan den Vertrieb und die Delivery-Organisation für einen der fünf größten Automobilzulieferer eines IT-Unternehmens in Europa. Zuvor bekleidetet er mehrere Delivery- und Programmmanagementfunktionen für IT-/Beratungsunternehmen.
Er glaubt fest an die Prinzipien: „es geht uns gut, wenn wir Gutes tun“, und gewann zwei Auszeichnungen als IT-Führungskraft 2014–2015 und 2016–2017 in Europa. Er ist ein hoch angesehener globaler Vordenker in der IT- und Cloud-Softwarebranche und ein aktiver Investor und Berater für aufstrebende Unternehmen. Er ist als Führungskraft bekannt, der erstklassige Teams aufbaut und motiviert, sich für Vielfalt einsetzt und eine tiefe Leidenschaft hat, wie Technologie den Arbeitsplatz verändern und Einzelpersonen stärken kann.
Dr. Werner Breuers schloss sein Chemiestudium an der RWTH Aachen mit der Promotion ab. Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann er 1989 als Chemiker bei der Hoechst AG in Frankfurt im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung.
Nach leitenden Positionen bei der Hoechst AG übernahm Dr. Breuers 1999 die Leitung des Lizenz- und Katalysatorgeschäfts beim Polyethylenhersteller Elenac GmbH in Kehl, der ein Jahr später Teil der Basell-Gruppe wurde. Als Mitglied des Executive Management Teams von Basell leitete er die globale Technologiesparte mit Sitz in Mailand und war zuletzt Präsident von Basell Polyolefins Europe mit Sitz in Amsterdam.
Seit dem 14. Mai 2007 ist Dr. Breuers außerdem Mitglied des Vorstands der LANXESS AG und verantwortete die Geschäftsbereiche Performance Polymers und Advanced Intermediates. Zu seinen Aufgaben und strategischen Tätigkeiten gehören außerdem die Bereiche: Global Procurement & Logistics, Innovation & Technology sowie Industrial & Environmental Affairs. Er war Vorstandsmitglied mehrerer anderer Unternehmen und fungierte außerdem als Trustee der RWTH Aachen. Derzeit berät und unterstützt er das Wachstum von MeRLIN Sourcing in Europa.
Oliver Scheffert ist ein Entrepreneur mit einem abgeschlossenen Doktoratsstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre und einem MBA in International Business Studies. Er hatte fast 13 Jahre lang Führungspositionen bei Microsoft inne und erhielt prestigeträchtige Auszeichnungen für außergewöhnliche Führungsqualitäten und Ergebnisse, wie den Circle of Excellence Platinum Award. Herr Scheffert entwickelte den ISV-Bereich in Deutschland in nur wenigen Jahre zu einem profitablen Geschäft mit über einer Milliarde Umsatz.
Im Anschluss fungierte er als Geschäftsführer bei der Aparavi Software Europe GmbH und gründete kürzlich das Strategie- und Managementberatung, CNSLT Partners GmbH, bei dem er mit seinem umfangreichen Fachwissen IT-Unternehmen zu nachhaltigem Erfolgen verhilft.
