Spend Matters Releases Fall 2025 SolutionMap and TechMatch℠ Procurement Technology Rankings

Spend Matters has unveiled its Spring 2025 SolutionMap and TechMatch℠ rankings, and once again, MeRLIN has been recognized across seven critical categories, underscoring its position as a leader in the procurement technology space.

This season, Spend Matters’ analyst team conducted in-depth evaluations across various procurement sectors, including e-procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Sourcing, and Spend Analytics. MeRLIN’s performance remains strong across these established categories, with continued high marks in Sourcing, Direct Material Sourcing, CLM, Spend Analytics, eProcurement, and Supplier Relationship Management & Risk (SXM).

Since the Fall 2024 rankings, MeRLIN has further expanded its capabilities with enhancements to its Source-to-Contract (S2C) offering, strengthening its comprehensive procurement suite. These enhancements are designed to provide greater efficiency and control throughout the entire sourcing and contracting process, meeting the evolving needs of procurement teams who demand seamless integration and streamlined workflows.

In addition to its core capabilities, MeRLIN has seen growth in its Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) / Supplier Chain Risk Management (SCRM) module, along with significant enhancements in SRM features. This evolution addresses the increasing complexity and urgency of managing supplier risks. As businesses continue to navigate a landscape of global supply chain disruptions, MeRLIN’s innovative approach to TPRM and SCRM empowers organizations to take proactive measures in mitigating risks across their supplier networks.

According to Spend Matters’ analysts, the growing demand for integrated Source-to-Contract solutions and risk management capabilities highlights a significant shift in the industry. MeRLIN’s ability to adapt to these changes demonstrates its leadership and forward-thinking approach to procurement technology.
